Purpose of the Job

The Commercial Area Leader will be responsible for the overall business strategy for the contingent workforce solutions for the Commercial business units. This Commercial Area Leader will build and execute strategy while working to expand a business unit that represents our Outside-In® values and core purpose. The Commercial Area Leader is responsible for personal and team production, customer relationships, growth in accounts, revenues and gross margin objectives, and other financial and operational KPIs.

Key Accountabilities

The Commercial Area Leader is responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the commercial and professional business lines including future expansion plans. This includes overall responsibility for:

Business Development
? Drive sales activity through personal production
? Achieve sales KPIs through cold calling, networking and appointments to close new accounts, build existing and reactivate inactive accounts
? Drive GP$ and P&L growth through temporary and direct hire placements
? Consult with hiring managers to scope open positions and manage requisition approval process to bring in new companies
? Determine bill/pay structures to ensure a proper gross profit level

Team Leadership
? Build a consultative selling team that leads company.Set SMART goals with team to drive performance excellence
? Hire, train and retain
? Build out 90 day/ 36 month swimlane and pro formas. This will be 3 year plan.
? Drive the completion of quarterly rocks/projects
? Lead market strategy conversation
? Prepare quarterly and yearly forecasts of projected sales, gross profit and net profit in partnership with CFO (we build and run quarterly budgets from "bottom up").

Customer Experience
? Develop, implement and monitor company quality standards through Net Promoter Score by planning and partnering with marketing. Goals of 60 plus for NPS for combined employee and customer scores
? Develop and innovate leveraging our Culture, Purpose and overall strategy
? Collect and share Outside-in success stories
? Explore and innovate new programs that add value and differentiate our brand promise in the marketplace

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree or equivalency in work experience or education required
? Previous experience in sales required
? Previous business development experience including developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals
? Proficiency with current business tools and technology on many platforms, such as our CRM and ATS
? Ability to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices) as needed
? Ability to build a business plan and execute a business strategy
? Ability to produce results within an autonomous environment, within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
? Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients (customers, employees, and vendors)
? Ability to advise, counsel, guide and influence the opinions and decisions of others (e.g. customers and employees)
? Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on listening skills
? Ability to develop teams and work effectively in team environments
? Leadership experiences in flat/lean, open book, and transparent environment

Requirements

1. Experience in inside and outside sales to include cold calling, business development and account management
2. Knowledge of how to build and execute a strategic sales plan for your and a team
3. Successfully exceeded sales goals in prior roles
4. Experience managing a full lifecycle recruiting desk preferably

Purpose of the Job

Placers has growth goals and a 3HAG revenue goal of 35-40M in the next three years while maintaining profit objectives. This role will provide high level administrative support to the Founder, who currently fulfills multiple functional roles of President, COO, Sales Leader, and Executive and Entrepreneurial Coach.

Key Accountabilities

? Research and organize vendors/partners, new ideas, technologies and services
? Manage Founder's Top 20 Relationships
? Manage Founder's schedule and communications including appointments, email, correspondence, phone calls, calendar and travel plans as needed.
? Manage inquiries from applicants, candidates, vendors/partners and friends of the firm.
? Welcome/Manage guests of Founder as needed.
? Manage special projects/tasks as directed, managing multiple leaders or business units, tracking progress and completion according to established timelines. They can be in any part of the business and require the ability to pull different leaders or functional parts of the business together, project manage and ensure progress and completion. Role is responsible for all slide presentations for sales.
? Partner with internal Marketing and Scaling Up/3HAG Way content/organization to bring new ideas, support ongoing work and assisting with solving org. challenges and getting work done.
? Support sales and marketing with commitment to research, agendas, collateral, proposals and sales process support. Participate in RFP teams and assist with proposal development.
? Plan and coordinate monthly consulting meetings, marketing events, and retreats, including scheduling of customers, agendas, and presentations.
? Responsible for event planning including regularly scheduled meetings, Quarterly Town Halls, charity/community events, etc. Event planning to include all coordination of roles, partnering with Placers Cares and day-of event and logistics management. Role is responsible for developing all slides and materials for events.
? Manage complex projects like event attendance, event planning, vendor selection, creating advanced agendas for meetings, and presentations (visual and content).
? Attend meetings or events on behalf of Founder, as needed.
? Serve as a team member/liaison between Founder and other functional areas of the business.
? Weekly email from President to the Business (own, coordinate with business units for updates, collect data and send every week)
? Role to drive development of Chris Burkhard's brand with Outside Insights, speaking engagements, training, and other mediums like podcasts and books with a goal of leveraging ideas/experiences to grow Placers.
? Coordinate personal errands as needed.


Qualifications:

? 2+ Years experience working in a professional environment including regular interaction with C-level executives. Must have a high comfort level working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
? High level of technical proficiency including Google Apps, Web-based applications, MAC and MS Office. Must be advanced in PowerPoint/Google Slides to coordinate all internal slide presentation.
? Detail- oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
? Exceptional communication skills
? Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner, Work must be timely, accurate and with proper grammar. Meetings must be at the right time, the right length of time, with the right materials and right meeting notes.
? Ability to work independently and with minimal direction while carrying out projects and tasks.
? Commitment to education and life-long learning
? Experiences in scaling environment. Must have worked in busy and fast-growth companies.
? Knack for marketing with skills in social media, graphic design, Public speaking, event organization and planning,
? Sense of humor, thick skin, and business minded
? This role is based out of Milford, DE and will require travel throughout the state of Delaware and to our Newark office.

Clerical Receptionist

Job Description: Clerical Receptionist - 35.5 hours a week hourly. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining membership data base, maintain trip sign up records, operate point of sale system, maintain daily activity/trip numbers, prepare daily bus schedule and other duties as assigned.
