Bayhealth Medical Center

Alice Bavis Rausch joined the Marketing Communications Department at Bayhealth in the fall of 2015 and serves as the Southern Region Strategy and Brand Program Manager. She has worked with the marketing team to coordinate several large events for the Bayhealth Sussex Campus project, including the groundbreaking, topping out, and opening ceremonies. Alice attended Syracuse University, graduating with a double major in speech communication and broadcast journalism. Prior to joining Bayhealth, Alice anchored the evening news at FOX 21 and WBOC-TV. She now enjoys spending her evenings at home with her husband and two daughters.
