Mr. Perez is the restaurant owner of River Lights Café, LLC and President of Tax Management Services, Inc. Both businesses are in the downtown area of the City of Milford.  

He is a native New Yorker and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict from 1969 to 1976 as a communication analyst.  Mr. Perez earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Southeastern University, Washington DC.  He is licensed to practice as an IRS Enrolled Agent.  He resided in Northern Virginia with his family prior to relocating to Milford in 1999. 

Mr. Perez enjoys the challenges of being a business owner and encourages other entrepreneurs to be an active participant of the Milford business community. He also enjoys spending the weekends with his family and grandsons doing outdoors activities along the spectacular Delmarva peninsula.
