Marshall Jackson was born and raised in Dallas Texas. He attended Texas Southern University where he received a double major in Business Administration/Marketing.

Marshall has worked in the Retail Management / Outlet development industry for over 40 years.

His last 28 years with Vanity Fair Corporation involved relocating from Texas to Pennsylvania VF’s corporate office. After that he was promoted to Delaware as district manager for 10 years, and lastly he was based in Georgia as the Southeast Regional VP. 

The VF corporation was once the largest apparel manufacture in the world.

Marshall retired as Southeast Regional Vice President overseeing 28 outlet locations in 13 states while playing a major role in pioneering and developing the Outlet Retail concept across the US.

Currently Marshall is Chief Operating Officer for PRN Healthcare Agency based in Milford, DE with offices in Newark and Dover. The PRN Healthcare Agency company mission is to provide home care for homebound patients.

Marshall is married and has 5 children. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, attending major sporting events, spending time with 4 grandboys, family and friends. He also mentors young men/women on how to be successful in the business world while volunteering for state and local organizations.
