President

Born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Patrick and his wife moved to Milford in 2015.  He had been self-employed for more than 20 years in management training and development, and has conducted training in 30 states and several foreign countries.  In 2018, he joined Independent Newsmedia, Inc., the parent company of Delaware State News, as a marketing consultant where he helps customers plan digital and print advertising campaigns.  In his after-work hours, he volunteers at Milford events and practices his bass guitar, having performed in the Lancaster music scene for many years.
