Born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Patrick and his wife, Julie, moved to Milford in 2015. He had been self-employed for 20 years in management training and development, and has served businesses in 30 states and several foreign countries. After moving to Delaware, he served as a multimedia marketing consultant with Independent Newsmedia and is currently exploring what it means to be retired.
