⦁ We are NOT able to provide your space location prior to your arrival the morning of the festival. DO NOT CALL ASKING WHERE YOUR SPACE IS LOCATED ⦁ When you arrive please check in with a volunteer at the corner of Walnut St. & NE Front St. UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED ⦁ Space and area designation will be the sole responsibility of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford. (We reserve the right to turn away vendors and we limit duplicate vendors of same company) ⦁ All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and overhead cover. Dear Riverwalk Freedom Festival Vendor, Thank you for your participation. For the setup of the 2025 Riverwalk Freedom Festival to run smoothly, we’d like to emphasize the following: ⦁ Please arrive at the corner of NE Front St. and Walnut St. to check in. ⦁ **You will receive your space assignment on the day of the event ONLY. We are not able to provide you with your location prior to the morning of the event. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ASKING FOR SPACE LOCATION ⦁ Please arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. to set up. ⦁ Setup must be finished by 9:00 a.m. and all motor vehicles must be out of the vendor area and no vehicles will be permitted into the festival area after 8:45 am. ⦁ You are required to bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. ⦁ The downtown Milford vendor event is over at 4:00 p.m. and streets will reopen to the public at 5:00 p.m. For the safety of the community please honor this time and remain set up until 4:00 p.m. No automobiles or trucks will be permitted to enter the festival area until 4 p.m. If a thunderstorm/severe wind & rain occurs during the festival, please use caution and be courteous to others when packing up and please ask volunteers for assistance. ⦁ Please collect all the trash properly dispose of or take it with you. ⦁ This is a rain or shine event.
